TOEIC Part 7 includes non-email texts: job advertisements, product announcements, public notices, event flyers. These are shorter but denser — every sentence contains a testable detail. French speakers lose points by not reading the fine print.
These texts are dense with dates, prices, conditions, and eligibility requirements. TOEIC questions often ask about restrictions or exceptions: "Who is eligible?" "What is NOT included?" "When does the offer expire?" Read the conditions paragraph carefully — that's where the answers hide.
French speakers confuse "benefits" (avantages sociaux) with "bénéfices" (profits). On TOEIC job postings, "benefits" always means the package of perks (health insurance, paid leave, retirement), never financial profit.
