French speakers default to je suis d'accord and je ne suis pas d'accord. These work, but they're flat. Native speakers use idioms that convey HOW MUCH they agree or disagree, and whether they've changed their mind.
"I am agree" — drop the "am." "I agree." And "I am not accord" — say "I don't agree" or better: use one of the idioms above. They make you sound 10x more fluent.
